The Position:
As Geotechnical Manager in a boutique consulting firm, you’ll have complete control of the technical delivery and client management
Besides charging out on these projects, your energies will influence and shape the strategic direction of this firm as the founding Principals look to provide you with a succession plan to become an equity partner in the business.
Balance your technical expertise and management skills on some of NSW’s more interesting and diverse scope of Geotechnical works as you coordinate and implement across:
Open pit mining & slope stability
Water supply and tailings dams
Tunnels and underground structures
Waste dumps and haul roads
Foundations and retaining structures
Your Future:
This influential Senior position is perfect for a experience engineer who wants a Principal / Director level role with partnership on the table over the next 12-24 months.
This is a more secure path than going out on your own if you are already thinking along these lines. There is an expectation that you see your career progressing into an Equity Partnership position in the coming years with a succession plan to achieve just this.
